We had the deck put in last year, but the landscaping is brand new. In this photo they aren’t even quite finished yet. The beds do a lot to incorporate the deck into the house. In addition to this we have purchased a nice umbrella to shade the patio furniture during the hot summer months.

The deck is made mainly out of Trex brand composite decking. The underlying support structure is pine i-beams and pine 4x4s. The faux-pergola is pine 2x6s. The patio furniture was purchased late last summer at Linens ‘n’ Things, the table has a frequently used copper fire pit in the middle.

The landscaping work was done by Green View, they also have several nurseries in the region.
